BAY FILLY by 'DANEHILL DANCER' X 'AN MOSEY' (SOLD)

Here is a filly by the great stallion 'Danehill Dancer 'out of a mare by the brilliant Royal Academy, winner of the Grade 1 Breeders Cup Mile and a son of the legendary 'Nijinsky'. She has an impeccable dam line.

'An Mosey' herself was unraced but she is a half-sister to the top-class filly 'Line of Thunder', one of the best two-year-olds of her generation who was second in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes. She then produced 'Thunder Gulch', the Champion Three-year-old in the USA in 1995, winner of four Grade 1 races including the Kentucky Derby, with earnings of $2.9 Million. The grandam 'Shoot a Line' was one of the best Three-year-old fillies of her generation, winning the Group 1 Irish and Yorkshire Oaks among her seven wins. She is in turn a half-sister to a pair of Group winners, 'Sharp End' and 'More Light', the latter was also second in the most prestigious race for Two-year-olds in Europe, the Group 1 Dewhurst Stakes.

'Danehill Dancer' is one of the foremost stallions in Europe and has sired such great horses as Champion Sprinter 'Choisir', Goffs Million winner 'Miss Beatrix' and 1000 Guineas winner 'Speciosa'. This filly is bred on the same cross that produced 1000 Guineas winner 'Speciosa'. She was also by 'Danehill Dancer' and out of a mare by a son of 'Nijinsky' (in her case Sky Classic).

Overall, this is a pedigree with an even mix of precocious speed and classic stamina and has the potential to produce a Group 1 winner over a range of distances.
